All our products are designed and printed to order, which means they take a little extra time to create. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be made before it’s shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery times vary depending on where you are.
Because our items are custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or something’s gone wrong, don’t worry—we’ll work with you to fix the issue. Just get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.
Digital products are non-refundable, so please make sure the file type is compatible with your device or software before purchasing. If you have trouble downloading or opening your file, we’re here to help where possible.
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We hope to offer international shipping in the future—watch this space!
