Shipping with Love ​

Every CocoBear Studio creation is made just for you! Because our products are designed and printed to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be lovingly prepared before it heads out on its journey.

We ship all physical goodies via Royal Mail. Once your order is on its way, delivery times depend on Royal Mail’s service in your area. If tracking is available, we’ll share the details so you can follow your package’s adventure to your doorstep.

Returns & Refunds 

Each piece we make is custom—made for you and only you—so we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. But don’t worry, we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re delighted!

For Physical Products

If your order arrives and something isn’t quite right (for example, it’s damaged or has a printing error), please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it. Share a few photos and details, and we’ll work with you to make things right—whether that means a replacement or another creative fix.

For Digital Downloads

Digital goodies are instant and non-refundable. Please double-check that the file type works with your device or software before you purchase. If you run into any hiccups downloading or opening your file, let us know—we’re happy to help where we can.
